Products shipped directly are sent via Royal Mail. Postage costs are included in the price. 

For products that are not directly bought from us, we cannot accept responsibility for any part of the purchase and are not responsible for any returns. 

Your order is very important to us and we want it to get to your friend or family member as quickly as possible, so please read through the delivery information carefully.

By placing an order with you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:


Payments can be made through the Shopify website in order to offer our customers a secure method of payment. Your card details will not be stored by Good Grief Gift or Shopify.

We regret we cannot accept cheques or payments by phone or email.


Our prices are inclusive of VAT and postal charges. We will post to anywhere in the UK. Special requests can be made for international shipping.

Delivery Methods

We will endeavour to despatch all orders received within 48 hours. In the vast majority of cases UK Royal Mail deliveries will arrive the next day but we cannot guarantee this.

Very occasionally things do get held up in the postal system. We are unable to provide notifications for Royal Mail orders and do not obtain proof of delivery. We cannot deliver to PO boxes in the UK. 

Changes to orders

If you need to make a change to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If we have not already processed it we will do our very best to make any requested amendments.

Due to the sensitive nature of bereavement gifts, we want to ensure you and your recipient are totally happy. 

Good Grief Gift Co cannot be held liable for late delivery due to extreme weather conditions or other forces outside our control such as Acts of God, terrorism or riots, act of any government, fire, explosions, power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, default of suppliers, theft, malicious damage or industrial action.

Our Liability

We attempt to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate. We provide product information as provided to us by our suppliers.

We commit to make every best effort to make sure that our gifts are sent out on time and without error. We are unable to guarantee this and do not accept liability in the event of causes beyond our reasonable control.
